The FinTech Nations Hackathon, organized by DEVPOST during the FinTech Nations Summit 2021, which ran from March 1st to 14th, 2021, attracted almost 300 teams of FinTech talent from all over the world.
CRIF presented N.E.O.S. (New Evaluation Open Suite), one of its most innovative solutions for the lending industry, which won the ‘Track Winner Open Bank API’ prize.
Competitors were judged on the following criteria: creativity, ethical considerations, practical viability, social impact, technical complexity, innovations, and design & implementation. Thanks to CRIF’s well-established expertise in innovation and cutting-edge financial services technology, N.E.O.S. was named the best open bank API solution.
The FinTech Nations Hackathon aims to find solutions to the challenges facing the banking industry, including Open Banking. Banks are trying to extend their API product range, bringing value to both the financial system and customers.
N.E.O.S. is an end-to-end tool designed to improve the creditworthiness evaluation of any individual or SME and generate personalized financial and marketing indicators through a sophisticated use of transactional data. It enables a fast, simplified, and secure process for banks and lenders to evaluate customers’ creditworthiness, therefore increasing their customers’ acquisition and retention rates. At the same time, it provides an improved customer experience.
